Mark Cuban, a self-made billionaire and an incredible entrepreneur, as well as a main investor on the TV show “Shark Tank,” is undoubtedly one of the most inspiring and hard-working entrepreneurs.

It doesn’t matter if you like Mark Cuban or don’t even know him, I believe there are so many things that can be taken out of his story and out of his knowledge that can benefit you and what you are trying to pursue in your own life. With that being said, here are a few quotes that impacted my life and I think they can impact yours as well.

“Always wake up with a smile knowing that today you are going to have fun accomplishing what others are too afraid to do.”

How often do you wake up with a negative mindset? How often do you wake up in a bad mood because life isn’t going the way you wished for it to go? One of the biggest reasons why I wanted to start working for myself is because I wanted to wake up every single morning — happy.

I was tired of feeling like I wasn’t doing what I was placed on this earth to do. My passions and hobbies were laying dormant. There are many people out there that thrive in corporate environments and companies, perhaps you are one of those individuals, or perhaps you are like me. I thrive from working on what I believe in. I thrive from my writing, from blogging, from cooking, from connecting with people and knowing I helped them in some shape or form. What do you thrive off of?

There are some people out there that are scared to go after their dreams out of fear of failure, or fear of simply not knowing how to go about it. I want to tell you right now to stop, take a deep breath and ask yourself what is it that will make you smile every single day? What work/hobby will be so incredible for you that you would stay up all night working on it?

“Sweat equity is the most valuable equity there is. Know your business and industry better than anyone else in the world. Love what you do or don’t do it.”
